DHU are looking to improve their telephone operability through better call routing and better monitoring of call statistics such as response times.
In order to do this we are moving to an internal DHU led telephony system. This does mean that our existing telephone numbers need to change and those changes are shown below. The change also means that the existing numbers, if dialled, cannot route through to the new system although messages will be given advising callers to dial the new numbers.
We realise this may be an inconvenience in the short term but hope the benefits will be realised.
This change will take place on Tuesday 18/1/2022 at 14:00
Any answer machine message you have on your systems for our telephone answering service will need to be altered with the new patient line number.
